Can Enterprise buy through self-serve checkout?

No. Enterprise is a contact-sales plan for teams beyond Scale-tier limits or with procurement and custom pricing needs.

Are event limits enforced at ingest?

Yes. Event limits are enforced per billing period at ingest. Owners get a warning email at 80%, responses include the X-Pylva-Tier-Usage header, requests are rejected with 403 TIER_LIMIT_REACHED at the cap, and upgrading resumes ingestion.

Do you read prompts or completions?

No. Pylva expects cost-shaped telemetry only: model, tokens, step name, customer ID, and configured usage metrics.
